District Guidelines for Canvas

I am the LMS admin for our district. One primary uses for Canvas is for teacher Professional Development.  This is growing. Does anyone have any established procedural guidelines established (requesting a course shell, managing courses, checklist for teachers and course developers).

 @gaskinsb ‌, I've been meaning to comment on this and just got a chance. We have some basic procedures and things in place for Canvas and using Canvas. Here's the link to the Module that seems to cover what you are asking about - Course Modules: Canvas Instructor Training  - but in addition to this, Instructors have to actually complete the entire training course.
