A campus has a course that several teachers can access to provide accommodated tests for students. Someone is deleting quizzes. How can I find out who keeps deleting?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I'd recommend contacting Canvas Support. We've run into the same problem and while we technically could kind of figure it out by cross referencing page views for each Instructor it was MUCH easier to contact support and let them (1) figure it out and (2) give us a definitive answer of exactly who did the deleting and when.

Thanks Kona. Support was able to help me find out what was happening. For anyone else who may have this ...
I have a teacher who doesn't understand Canvas calendars. He would see these tests on his calendar because he is a teacher in the course and since they weren't his test, he deleted them from 'his' calendar which of course deleted the test. So many people think of calendars as a personal email calendar instead of a course calendar.
We had the same thing happen. At the end of the semester and instructor wanted to clean up her calendar. Luckily everything that was deleted was easily restored using the undelete function. It wasn't pretty, but we didn't lose any student work.
You would think that Canvas would have created an API that would run against a person's ID that would generate a report on activity which would include delete.
