Having Trouble accessing my classes tiles and uploading homework.

when i log onto canvas I'm unable to see the classes, it looks as if they are continuously loading. Also when i try to go onto the classes to upload homework I'm unable to see the import file section to actually upload it. thank you for your help

Hi Andrea,

Have you tried restarting your computer or accessing it using a different device?  I find with my courses sometimes this happens and those methods usually fix it for me.  If it continues then contact your IT department.
