I completed a course. It was graded and I passed. There was no PDF attachment to the email with the certificate of completion. I do not have any proof that I did the course such as transcript or certificate or an AA number.

A certificate of completion isn't a standard Canvas feature. If your instructor offered a certificate, please contact them directly to ask about this (How do I send a message to a user in a course in the Inbox as a student?)
Is this a technical error on the canvas platform? When will it be resolved? Can you email me the report manually while working on the technical error or send me the AA number?
