@tolzimm , greetings! If your name is grayed out, then that means the Canvas Admins at your school would need to make that change for you. My recommendation is to contact Canvas Support at your school so they can help you get this done. If you're not sure how to do this, then you can click on the Help link in Canvas and Report a Problem.
