How do I get Canvas to launch FlipGrid?

For one of my classes I have to use FlipGrid to make a video for an introduction. The class on canvas already has Flipgrid on the side ribbon so I click on that and it says that there is a Launch Error and FlipGrid is unable to launch. I also tried getting the Flipgrid app but then it asks me to type in the class's flipgrid code and it says I must be logged into Canvas so nothing is working. 

Please help!

FlipGrid is a bit of a favourite, this might come in handy for you: Using FlipGrid in Canvas
