How do I use a Google drive embed code on a link?

I have 3 videos created in Camtasia 2020 and rendered to Google Drive. I don't want to embed the videos on the canvas page because it doesn't look visually pleasing. How do I link each video text to the video in Google Drive without embedding the video on the page? I've also seen on pages where buttons are created that pop-out the videos. Such as a text  or button "click here to pop-out the video in a new tab". Any help would be appreciated.
