How to add a question to a question bank from a current quiz?
I have no problems adding questions from a bank but need to go the other way?

In my experience, this isn't possible. I try to advise teachers to create their questions in banks instead of directly into the quiz for this reason. Hoping Kona hops on to say I'm wrong, but I'm fairly certain.
