How to upload 1 students work

I have one student who is struggling to upload their work and has sent it to do to do for them. How do I do this?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to submit an assignment on behalf of a student.  I searched the Community, and I found this topic with an answer from @Bobby2 which also confirms this: Uploading student work.
