I can not access Canvas on my phone

I have been trying for days to load Canvas on my phone and I keep getting the same error. My app is up to date. I've cleared the cache and data. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've rebooted my phone. Nothing is working. I can't even login to this site on my phone to post. Attached are two screen shots of my error messages.

Hi Michelle -

I encourage you to reach out to your local Canvas Support team. I believe there's an issue with how the Android app is accessing the information for your school. The set up requires https, not http. I wish I had an immediate fix for you, but talking to the technology department at Shasta is the quickest way to get a result that will help you and other students and faculty on campus.

I've already asked other people at Shasta College, and they are able to login. It appears to be just me.

I would still stop in to your tech department so you can get individualized help! They'll be able to see your phone and double-check their settings. I hope you're able to find a solution quickly!

For what it's worth, I found the following about login issues. Definitely double check you have done this with your phone's embedded browser (probably Chrome): Portal-Cache-Issue
