Sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here unanswered for such a long. I'm not sure if you've been able to find a solution or not yet, but if you want to wipe out the entire contents of your course, you can do so by following these instructions: How do I reset course content?. If you are not able to reset course content on your own, then you would probably need to reach out to someone at your school such as a local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning / eLearning department. Once the course has been reset, then you can use the Course Import Tool to copy content from a different course into your own course.
