As far as I can tell, the new Rich Content Editor we are now forced to use doesn't provide any way to navigate folders of Canvas files. The only option is to filter by type and sort alphabetically or by date. For me, I've got folders with images all labeled "screenshot" that were uploaded last semester. That leaves me with no practical way to find those files because searching by name for images just brings up all my images and sorting by date pushes the files I'm looking for far down the list.
I'd love to be wrong about this. If there is a way to navigate through folders to find images to embed, please let me know.
side note: why is it still impossible to duplicate quizzes like other assignments. 😕

Hi @kiel9
In the dropdown menu that you described as "filter by type", if you choose all, you will get a folder navigation menu.

Thanks so much! That definitely answers my question. :)))
