Information won’t load for certain classes

I use my iPad gen7 and the iOS canvas app. My app and my iPad are up to date. I can see my dashboard and I can pull up classes, but when I click on certain tabs like “modules” or “syllabus” I am left with a blank page. I don’t have this problem with my other devices and at one point I wasn’t having this problem. This is a frustrating issue for me because I can’t access my assignments any time I’m not at my computer
