Is there a way to scramble the question order for a quiz?

For example, number five for one students might be number 20 for another.

Yes, this is something that can be done with Question Groups in the quiz.

This will not work for what I need.  I have 40 small banks.  Each bank is a group from which one questions will be randomly selected.  

I need for Canvas to be able to RANDOMLY SORT THE QUESTIONS.  If it cannot, it is useless for my purposes.  USELESS.

As you might tell from the caps, I am very frustrated with the shortcomings of Canvas.

No lesson option.  Quiz bank organization is nonexistent.  Quizzes are very lacking in too many ways.  I can't figure out how to easily to hide/unhide quizzes.
