Make ALL the public visibile courses visible

I found a couple of #public visible courses created by two universities. They have useful modules to share how to use Canvas better. I wonder there are more public visible courses outside there but I don't know. So, is there a place I can find a list of all public courses and perhaps people love what they share can discuss about the interesting things? Make sense?
