Making a Incomplete grade = 50% and not zero points

Hello,

I commonly and prefer to use the Incomplete/Complete dropdown grading box. But would like the Incomplete to equal 50% of the total points and not 0. Can I do that?

Good find.  I believe that if you have a due date and an until date for the assignment that you do not have to mark the assignment missing.  That will occur automatically after the until date is passed(i'm not sure on this, but I think that will be the case).  The nice thing is that it is easy enough to see. wait until after the due date/until date and see what happens in the gradebook.

Also, just a reminder - don't forget to click on the update settings button at the bottom of your settings page when setting the missing assignment score
