Moving Question from a Question Bank to Quiz

I'd like to move quiz questions from a question bank into a quiz so that the questions are set into the fabric of the new quiz. I'm not interested in 'drawing questions from a bank into a quiz dynamically' when the quiz is running. 

I can find instructions for doing the opposite (moving questions from a quiz to bank), but from bank to quiz seems to be elusive. I'm also already familiar with how to move questions from one bank to another.

If I understand your question correctly, you would like to add one or more questions from an already-created question bank in your course into an actual quiz for your students.  If that is correct, I found a couple Guides that I think should be of help to you:
