My laptop can't access Canvas

I can't access Canvas on my laptop. After I log in, this is what the site looks like: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rUfOwwCkXOXELlktssQ7m1Aa5FSGWXW3/view?usp=sharing

I've tried using different browsers and incognito mode, but it doesn't work. My PC works fine, but I always have this problem when I try with my laptop.
