Sorry to see that your question has been sitting here unanswered for quite a while. I'm not familiar with NetLab, and so I wouldn't be able to provide any troubleshooting...nor do I think may people here in the Canvas Community website would be able to help, unfortunately. For questions like this, it's probably best that you reach out directly to your instructor or someone at your school's Online Learning/eLearning department such as a local Canvas administrator. We here in the Community do not have access to your school's Canvas environment, so we wouldn't have the ability to help with the NetLab password. Hopefully, by now, you've been able to get this resolved, but if not I would recommend that you reach out to someone at your school who would be able to help.
