Do I need to be using a "New Quiz" to take advantage of this feature? 

A lot of the time, an Instructional Designer builds the quizzes and I have to live with what they give me, therefore, is there a way with the old quizzes to see which questions were missed most often.

Having this info would allow me to go back over it with the class as a whole.  Knowing which students had difficulty with the question would allow me to target them for personal review and to present them with additional information.
