New Quiz Participations

Hi Canvas Fam,

Does anyone know why New Quizzes doesnt show up as a participation on New Analytics?  I know its an external tool, but surely New Analytics can still read a submission as a participation?

Exactly.  In new analytics it will state my student's last participation is 9/11 but they submitted a new quiz on 9/18.  I'm confused.  What actually is tracked as a "participation"?  Shouldn't all submissions of any type count as a participation?

It also does not show up in the old analytics as well. Frustrating for attendance purposes. Has anyone found a fix?
