New Quiz creation from existing external quiz

Can you import an existing quiz into canvas quizzes or do you have to manually type all questions over?

If you are starting from a simple text file of questions and answers then one option is to use a text to QTI convertor,

You can import into as an old Quizz and then migrate to New Quiz.  Not straightforward but better than retyping.

The New Quiz dpocuments claim you can import directly -- n the BUILD tab there is an  'Import Content' option (upload from a QTI zip file I assume) but it is always grayed out for me.
