No audio when Articulate Presenter '13 presentations uploaded to Canvas

I have never had this problem prior to this semester. I create my presentations in Articulate (still using Presenter '13 on a Windows 10 machine with Powerpoint 2016) for web delivery and upload the zip file into Canvas.  I then direct students to the presentation_html5.html file and the presentation loads but there is no audio!  The presentation works fine when loaded in a browser from my hard drive, and even when its uploaded onto another server and launched from there.  So something in the upload and expanding into Canvas is messing up the linkages to audio in the presentation.   I have done this for years with few issues, but suddenly this semester audio has stopped playing in Presenter presentations on Canvas! Please HELP!

So far no solution from my school's IT people, and zero response from Canvas. I'd like to know if other people using Studio '13 or Storyline are having this problem.

I also have this problem and it is really problematic. Would be absolutely wonderful with some response from staff.  Need this to work :(.

Hello there @cwoodwar1 and everyone else who has replied to this topic...

I am not sure if this will help or not, but are you using Articulate Storyline 360?  If so, there were some recent discussions going on about this and getting it to work within Canvas.  You can find that conversation over at: Solved: Storyline 360 Content Not loading Properly - Canvas Community.  Check out the solution in that topic that I provided...as it might be of some help to you.
