Populating sub-accounts with courses

What is file format to populate sub-accounts with courses?

You can find the CSV file formats on this page: SIS Import Format Documentation - Canvas LMS REST API Documentation  

You'll want to look at the courses.csv for your question. The Account_ID field will be the ID for your sub-account.
