Our district uses PowerSchool as our SIS. We moved to the new SIS Platform this summer in anticipation of using Power Teacher Pro. Since the move, it has been a nightmare. Teachers, Students, and Courses are not syncing with Canvas. I've been in contact with my CSM and support, but we've been down for nearly a month now. Three weeks into the start of the school year and we continue to have major issues. It seems the support team is severely understaffed for this. I've never had a product operating so poorly this long after contacting support. Is anyone else having similar issues if using PowerSchool and the new SIS Platform? I'm so frustrated with Canvas right now.
I'm on my phone so I'm having trouble finding it, but I'm pretty sure there was a recent post in the Community about Power Teacher Pro.
