Presentation slides cannot be seen in the downloaded conferencing video

Hi ,

I am using Canvas  for my courses. I use CANVAS conferencing feature to livestream my lectures and record them using the builtin bigbluebutton application. However, when I download the recorded lectures, I cannot see the presentation slides. I can only see the faculty speaking.

How do I download the presentation view (with the slides)?

I'm enjoying using Big Blue Button but have not come across that issue.  @ffdixon ‌ is the hero of this conferencing tool. he might be able to help you here.
