Prevent students to edit in user profile setting change name

As a admin i want to prevent Students to change their name display name

Good morning, @rishi_mehra ...

This is an easy one.  As a Canvas administrator, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "Admin" button on your left-hand side global navigation menu.
2. Click on your account name.
3. Click on the "Settings" menu.
4. Ensure that you are on the "Settings" tab.
5. Scroll down a bit until you see a heading for "Features".
6. Make sure that the check-box for "Users can edit their name" is unchecked.  If it is checked, remove the checkmark, and click the "Update Settings" button at the bottom of this page.

How do we keep this active so that teachers can change their profile pictures as well. This feature locks all users just not the students.
