Problems with Outcomes

Michigan recently updated the Social Studies standard and I've been trying to make these changes to my Canvas account.  At first, I was able to update the existing outcomes(standards), but then I started receiving messages that "Something went wrong.  Unable to delete at this time."  Is anyone else getting this message and do you know a way to get around this?  I've sent in two messages to the help desk and have only received the computer-generated response.  Today I sent in a third message and am hoping to find a solution.

Second, it looks like you have stumped the Canvas Community.  Were you able to find an answer to your question? I am going to go ahead and mark this question as answered because there hasn't been any more activity in a while so I assume that you have the information that you need.
