Problems with google drive submission under assignments

I submitted a google drive word document under assignments for one of my classes. It said it was still processing but that I could navigate away from the page without disrupting submission. The screen also said that it would email me if the submission did not process correctly. Now, it says that I did not submit it, however, I did not receive an email stating the submission failed.

First, I want to apologize for your question sitting in the community for so long without a response.

Second, it looks like you have stumped the Canvas Community.  Were you able to find an answer to your question? I am going to go ahead and mark this question as answered because there hasn't been any more activity in a while, so I assume that you have the information that you need.
