How do I prohibit multiple-file submissions? I want students to submit ONE PDF file for grading, but some are scattering their work across multiple files. Can I get Canvas to enforce a single-file limit, while still allowing students to do multiple submissions (replacing the single file)?
I'm curious how your students are submitting multiple files at the same time. Could you utilize the Restrict File Upload Type option and limit students to only using PDF files in order to solve this?
I do restrict to PDF only, but Canvas allows them to submit multiple PDF files, and I have been unable to find a way to get Canvas to limit them to one file. There might be a way, since Canvas has a terribly uninituitive interface, with things hidden in surprising places.
