Thank You for posting your question. I am reviewing some of the older questions here in the Canvas Community, and I came across your question. I am sorry to see that your question has been sitting out here unanswered since you first posted it on September 5, 2019. Were you able to find a solution to your question on you own? The first thing I thought of when I read through your question was the information in this Guide: How do I view the details of a submission for a student in SpeedGrader? As you can see from the section in this Guide called "Evaluate Multiple Submissions", you may be able to see the past submission(s) of a quiz. Though, if the quiz was not fully submitted, there might be a chance you wouldn't be able to view the past responses from that student. Since we've not heard back from you in over five months, I am going to mark your question as "Assumed Answered", but that won't prevent you or others from posting additional questions and/or comments below that are related to this topic.
