Reset All Student Passwords

Hi - 

I saw one thread on this in regards to resetting every student's password via SIS import but this has not worked for me. 

Is there a way to bulk reset every students' password?

I'm not sure where you saw the original post about doing this, but you might try going back to that post and commenting on it to see if someone responds.

Earlier this year, I was able to with a UI override. Its no longer working. I was hoping someone here had also experienced this.

This still isn't possible. I have to manually reset hundreds of passwords a day via the user interface.

According to the API documentation:

Passwords can be overwritten by SIS imports as long as the password has never been manually set in the user interface.

We have an incident involving breach of security and we have to manually reset the passwords of over 1300 users via the UI.

It would be useful if the admin is given the option to perform a mass password reset when a security incident happen.
