A student's exam was disrupted on Canvas. How do I restart the quiz for the student and erase the grade that they had up to the time of the disruption? They had completed 14 of 40 questions when the disruption occurred.

@jschmidt21 , if this is an Old (Classic) Quiz, you will only be able to give the student a fresh attempt (Once I publish a quiz, how do I use the Moderate Quiz page?); the student will not be able to resume the partially-completed quiz.
Moderation capabilities are more robust in New Quizzes. An instructor can manage a student's in-progress attempt through the Moderate link described in https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-26225-how-do-i-moderate-a-students-assessment-attempt-in-ne...
