Student uploading video issue

Good morning, I have had three student not being able to upload their video - they are using the Record/upload and they walked me through their process following instructions provided by Canvas.  Some people enrolled in the same module have been able to complete.  Could you advise me is there an issue with the Free to Teachers versions on this issue.
