You probably don't realize that you've posted your question in a global forum where people gather to exchange their ideas about how to use Canvas software. I was able to find this information on your school's website, although I'm not sure this is the campus with which you're affiliated: TROY Online Proctoring Services for the Troy Dothan Campus  That should give you a good starting point for your inquiries.
