URL Link for message to instructor in Canvas

Hi all,

I am trying to create a url link that i will link to my name in my pdf handouts, which I put together in latex, so that students can click on my name and get a new tab in their browser which will open their inbox in Canvas with a pop-up message box. The message box will need to have selected their course, my name as the name of the recipient and a specific title "Question about quantifiers" and a body template

I found those 2 links but I cannot figure out how to define the subject and the body of the message:
