Last week I lost connectivity to my ebook from my canvas on my IPad. It will launch the index page but as soon as I click on the chapter I get the dots in perpetual loading state. I have the newest canvas app and the latest ios software. Please help. I hate reading on a laptop.

These services are normally delivered through Canvas by a textbook publisher. Because of this, it is recommended that you contact the textbook publisher's support people to troubleshoot from that end. Especially if you were able to access it at one time.
