Hello... I downloaded a shell for a psychology course and it seems I have to individually choose a usage right for each individual image. There are hundreds of them in the course and they cannot be published so my students can see them unless this is done. Is this correct, that these have to individually changed? TIA
Two ideas. First, it appears that you can specify usages rights per folder. So go to Files in your course, create a folder, set the rights, and then drag all of the files into it. That would be a bit of a short cut.
However, it looks like Usage Rights can be enabled or disabled in the course settings. You can possible just uncheck a box and then not have to do this. I'm speaking in technical terms though; whether you should do that or not I can't say.

Thanks. I tried the creation of a folder and that worked!
