What are the new levels in the community?

Not a big deal, but I was wondering what the new "levels" were since the community was redone.  I noticed I was a Surveyor, but now a Learner and I just wondered what that all meant.

@BStutzman  ... Same question here! Searching, I have been unable to find a listing of the levels and meanings.  I remember all the discussions about the new names, but no idea what we wound up with.
