When I Activate Attendance on Navigation Menu Attendance Doesn't Show Up on my APP Home Screen

I think there might be a bug with Canvas. I have activated my attendance menu several times on my navigation screen on my web-based Canvas, but when I open the app to take attendance, attendance doesn't show up on the app. I've tried it multiple times with different browsers and I keep having the same problem.

Hi Reed - Just to confirm, are you using the Canvas Teacher app? If so, are you using an Android or iOS device?

Yes, I am using the Canvas Teacher app on an Android platform. I'm sorry I didn't mention that earlier.

Hi Reed -

I tried this today on my Google Pixel, and I was able to open attendance from Canvas Teacher. It took a few seconds to load, but it appeared!

It's interesting that you see the Attendance from the browser but not the app. You've gone through Settings > Navigation correctly if it shows up in the browser, though.

Some times closing the app and restarting makes a difference. Also, double-check that you have the most recent version of Canvas Teacher installed.
