Why can't a teacher see a particular students work.

she can see all students work but one. the student says they have done it but nothing shows as completed.  What would prevent the teacher from seeing it?

Hi  @formanekml  Welcome to the Canvas Community.

I'm assuming that the student did not submit the assignment correctly.

It might pay to check in with them to see how they submitted, explain that it is not showing up at your end therefore the submission did not go through.
