Why is my feedback not visible? (pfd file)

As feedback to an assigment I have uploaded a pdf file as feedback. I included my feedback using speedgrader. It is clearly visible for me, but my students have difficulty finding the document.

As I have noticed from screenshots, it is really not visible for them to find.

The odd thing is that students using the mobile phone application face no problems finding it.

Under the tab "Opmerkingen" in dutch which I guess would translate as notes.

How do I make sure it is visible for my students?
