Why is the Grading Rubric Range box not showing up

When I go to "add rubric" in the critieria box there should be a box I can click to select grade "Ranges". It is currenly now showing up on any old or new rubric.

Hi,  @abenson21  Welcome to the Canvas Community! The rubric documentation (How do I add a rubric in a course? ) explains, "The option to create a range is managed by an account-level feature option. If the Range checkbox is not displayed in a rubric, your institution has not enabled this feature."  I don't know if you've changed schools, or if something has changed at the account level at your school, but your best course of action will be to bring this to the attention of your local Canvas admin.
