Why won't anything show up in Canvas on my laptop?

When I log in to canvas on my phone I can see everything I'm supposed to: my classes, my modules, information, all of it. When I log in on my laptop, all these things are blank. I'm pretty sure my laptop is updated and I don't know what to do! I've tried this on Google Chrome and Safari on my laptop and it orks for Safari on my phone.

- Check your browser compatibility:What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?
- Please note that Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser when using Canvas.
- Contact Canvas support: Why can't I access my Course as a student? Or try reaching out to your school's local IT department for additional troubleshooting assistance.
