The Pages index that you get when you click on the Pages course navigation link doesn't have the ability for nesting or sub-pages like you would see with file folders on a computer.
Here are some things you can do.
- You can link from one page to another page. For example, I have a chapter page that has a list of all the sections in the chapter that I provide links to.
- You can add pages to modules and vary the level of indent to make it look like there are sub-pages. The secondary pages could be indented one additional level than the main page.
Technically, you can name your pages alphabetically so that they appear right after each other, but there's no way to vary the level of indent or make it look like a sub-page other than by naming: 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 are sub-pages of 1.1
