In checking the Instructure Status page, we note that some users experienced access issues for about an hour yesterday. If you are still unable to access your Canvas account and courses, check that the browser you're using is up to date: supported version are listed in https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-10720-what-are-the-browser-and-computer-requirements-for-ca... ; if your browser is older, update and check to see if that resolves the issue.
If none of this works, please use the Help button to request assistance from a member Canvas Support (How do I get help with Canvas as a student?) who can look directly at your Canvas environment and troubleshoot directly.
