Generally speaking, client ID and client secret are provided by the developer or owner of the LTI or application being installed. Have you reached out to them directly?
No. I have just created a free account for development purpose i.e. for api integration. And i'm new in canvas LMS system. so I the procedure to obtain the client id and client secret.
