export item scores

Currently it is only possible to export grades, and not scores on individual items, or answers given by students. This should be made possible, as it does not take a long time to make such a program code.

Have you used the Student Analysis export tool?  I think this might be what you are looking for.

Apparently this Student Analysis tool is only available in the English/US version of Canvas...

And I notice that the Student analysis tool is only available with classic quizzes and not with new quizzes, which is hard to understand as new quizzes should have more options, right?

I wasn't aware that the student analysis is only available in on the English/US version. I hope they add that to other versions soon.  It's a valuable tool. 

I haven't yet used the New Quizzes as it isn't turned on yet at my institution.  However the guides show a tool that looks similar to the Student Analysis.  Do you have access to it?

Instructure has informed us that they are working on the option of exporting item scores also for New quizzes, and that it would become available soon. There is an Item analysis tool (which needs to be improved in the Dutch version apparently) but it does not have the option of exporting raw scores or answers of students. This is really a must-have when using the Quizzes for exams.
