Is there a student video already made to instruct students to get to Zoom in Canvas?

Hello @pamh ...

To my knowledge, there is no "official" video provided by Instructure on how students get to Zoom from inside of Canvas (after all, Zoom and Instructure are two entirely different companies).  But, assuming that you are an instructor, you can follow the direction at the start of this video to add it to your own Canvas course(s) ... assuming that the Zoom Pro LTI app has been added to your school's Canvas account.  (You may need to check with your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department to see if it has been configured.)
