ui-select in instructure-ui doesn't work

I tried to use Autocomplete Select from instructure-ui - A design system by Instructure Inc. (7.1.2)
I couldn't make it work in my local setup but I see it working in codepen. I am not sure what library is being included for <Select.Option.....> as I see my code failing when I add that part of code.
Any help appreciated. Thank you in advance.
